I live in Nashik, but I've always loved the peaceful and natural vibes of Konkan. After visiting SR City, I was truly impressed by the quality of their farmhouse project. The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and the authentic charm of Konkan. The farmhouses are well-designed and provide a perfect blend of comfort and nature. The amenities are thoughtfully planned and make the stay enjoyable for families. Connectivity to nearby towns and essential services is also very convenient. I especially liked the calm environment and fresh air, which are hard to find in city life. The entire project is well-maintained and gives a premium yet homely feel. SR City has done a great job of creating a perfect getaway destination in Konkan. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a farmhouse or a peaceful second home.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a home at SR City, Dapoli. One of the biggest highlights of this journey was the builder, Roshan More, along with Nitin Jadhav. Both are truly exceptional individuals who made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Mr. Roshan More is very approachable and always just a call away. We hardly needed to coordinate with anyone else, as he personally ensured that all our queries and concerns were addressed promptly. What stood out the most was his willingness to accommodate our customization requests wherever possible, which made the home feel truly ours.
Another major positive was the timely delivery. We received possession within just 10 months of booking, which is impressive and speaks volumes about their commitment and professionalism.
Overall, SR Dream City is a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable builder, quality construction, and a hassle-free home-buying experience. Highly recommended!

Staying in this dream bungalow project genuinely feels like owning a private resort, just a few hours away from city.The moment you enter, lush greenery, fresh sea breeze and thoughtfully planned bunglows create a serene atmosphere.
~ BHAVESH L

Choosing SR Developers’ SR City after evaluating several projects in and around Dapoli for almost two years, turned out to be the right decision. The project reflects thoughtful planning, professional execution, and a clear long-term vision. This fully sold development beautifully combines modern living with the natural charm and calm of the Konkan region, surrounded by lush greenery and fresh air.
The construction quality is very good, with well-finished fittings and a spacious layout that also allows room for personal gardening. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and Ganesh temple have been thoughtfully included without disturbing the natural surroundings, highlighting the care taken in planning the project. Throughout the entire process, the team remained transparent, responsive, and focused on customer satisfaction.
Owning a bungalow in SR City at Shirshinge village is a truly proud and joyful experience for me. Special thanks to Roshan More and his team for their consistent support and guidance. Overall, it has been a rewarding journey. Based on my experience, I would confidently recommend SR Developers’ upcoming project, SR Dream City, located next to SR City.
