We had gone to Dapoli just for a short trip, and while travelling we noticed the banner of S R Dream City, so we decided to visit the project out of curiosity 😊
Honestly, it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The project is located in a peaceful and beautiful natural surrounding 🌿🏡 The bungalow layouts, spacious plots, and overall atmosphere gave a very premium feel.
The staff welcomed us warmly and explained the project details very nicely. The entire site was clean, well planned, and perfect for anyone looking for a second home or investment in Dapoli 👍

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a home at SR City, Dapoli. One of the biggest highlights of this journey was the builder, Roshan More, along with Nitin Jadhav. Both are truly exceptional individuals who made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Mr. Roshan More is very approachable and always just a call away. We hardly needed to coordinate with anyone else, as he personally ensured that all our queries and concerns were addressed promptly. What stood out the most was his willingness to accommodate our customization requests wherever possible, which made the home feel truly ours.
Another major positive was the timely delivery. We received possession within just 10 months of booking, which is impressive and speaks volumes about their commitment and professionalism.
Overall, SR Dream City is a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable builder, quality construction, and a hassle-free home-buying experience. Highly recommended!

Staying in this dream bungalow project genuinely feels like owning a private resort, just a few hours away from city.The moment you enter, lush greenery, fresh sea breeze and thoughtfully planned bunglows create a serene atmosphere. Second home,luxurious bunglows are just eye catching and every penny charge is "paisa wasool".
Really appreciable interior plans, construction quality and gardening space planned. If planning home in konkan, SR dream city is best option.

आम्ही दापोलीमधील अनेक प्रोजेक्ट्सना भेट दिली, पण एस आर ड्रीम सिटीचा प्रोजेक्ट आम्हाला विशेष आवडला. त्यांचा पहिला प्रोजेक्ट अतिशय सुंदर नियोजन, दर्जेदार बांधकाम आणि उत्कृष्ट गुणवत्तेसह पूर्ण करण्यात आला आहे. त्यामुळे त्यांच्या कामाविषयी विश्वास अधिक दृढ झाला.
